Since its inception in 1997, Chapam specializes in residential construction around the Montreal area.  Its first project, the SO Condos, mostly involved 3½ units and was a real success.  From there, Chapam distinguished from its competitors and ranked as a finalist at the Domus awards of the APCHQ, for such categories as Rental housing unit or condominium, 200 000$ or less.  Most importantly, the enterprise won the first prize for the Buyer’s choice / customer service,  more than 10 units and less than 40 for the West of Quebec area.

Since this spectacular start, Chapam is always doing better while staying true to its initial mission, which is to collaborate with carefully chosen subcontractors to offer avant-garde architecture, trendy designs and durable constructions made from quality materials.  From 2008 to 2012, Chapam completed different projects including Vima Condos, DECA Condos, Craig's Lofts, as well as five other phases of its SO Condos project in the South West area, before completing its V1 projects at the heart of Verdun. Chapam is proud to contribute to the development of old industrial areas by creating turn key spaces for its. Thee days, Les Constructions Chapam Inc. are completing new projects near the downtown Montreal area. Needless to say that these are offered with an exceptional service, both during the sale and after sale.

Moreover, Chapam is expanding to other markets with new specialized services, offering to more clients the chance to take advantage of the knowledge of its team.  The company now proposes residential projects management and post-disaster services, as well as business partnerships.
